The A.P.P. – DIADEM® team also excellent for HR
Even before the holidays, we learned that the DIADEM® family’s HR policy had been recognised. We received a scan of the certificate shortly before the holidays and were able to collect it in person at the beginning of January. An important part of DIADEM’s HR policy is to prioritise the well-being of our employees!
The DIADEM® community room is finished
In our office building, we will soon have the DIADEM® Family Community Room, where all our employees will be able to share their personal knowledge with others, in addition to passing on professional knowledge:
– maintaining the physical and mental health of our employees
– maintaining and expanding a wide range of fringe benefits
– developing the TEAL organisation and moving towards greater employee involvement
– giving and accepting regular feedback
